To be considered for admission, children must be between the ages of 3 to 5 years old and be independent in self-care and toileting. Families are encouraged to browse our website and social media to learn more about our academy. The application process starts with a family tour of the preschool and a meeting with the teacher. We strive to create a well-mixed and diverse class with a low teacher-student ratio. We give priority enrollment to returning students and their siblings.

We will confirm your appointment via email or phone call. We do not honor impromptu and/or unscheduled visits at the academy.
Application Process
The Academy will provide a registration packet to accepted families to complete and return with the registration fee. We process applications and approve them on a first-come, first-serve basis. Returning families receive priority during the registration window. Following the enrollment process, the student is placed on a 2-week trial period to ensure the student, family and our staff are a good fit together. Upon a successful trial period, the student will be permitted to attend the academic year.
Tuition and Fees
Our annual academic tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments, regardless of the number of school days provided each month. The tuition is not prorated for school holidays, as published in the Northshore School District calendar.
When siblings enroll together in the same academic year, a 5% tuition discount is offered on the lowest tuition rate.

The registration fee is $150 and is collected with your completed registration packet. This fee is not refundable. Refer to the Parent’s Handbook for other types of fees, such as fees for late payments, or non-honored payments.
Special Events
The academy may organize special events and field trips. Related events’ costs are set by the venue and are separate from the tuition and fees.
Cancellations
The Academy may cancel school days on short notice, for various reasons, such as due to health, or inclement weather. In such events, we will notify the families as soon as possible. At the Academy’s sole discretion, canceled days will be refunded or the days will be made up at the end of the year.
