We provide detailed tuition and fees information below to help families understand the cost of enrollment and plan their annual budget. Our tuition structure includes registration fees, academic tuition, and miscellaneous charges for the school year.
Registration Fee
The Academy charges a non-refundable registration fee of $150 per each student. This one-time fee covers administrative costs with student enrollment and must be submitted with your completed registration packet. Note that when enrolling two or more siblings together, an individual registration packet and registration fee is required for each student. We offer a tuition discount when siblings enroll together.
Annual Tuition Payment Options
When you register for the academic year, you agree to pay the full annual tuition amount. The full tuition cost is due even if the student drops out of the program early, although certain exemptions apply. Please refer to the Parent’s Handbook for more information.
We offer flexibility with two payment methods:
- Full upfront payment at the start of the academic year, or:
- 10 monthly installments with equal payments, due by the 1st of the month.
Monthly tuition payments are not prorated. This applies regardless of number of school days in each month, holidays or inclement weather closures.

Tuition Discounts
When siblings enroll together in the same academic year, a 5% tuition discount is offered on the lowest tuition rate.
School Holidays & Weather Closures
We follow the Northshore School District calendar for all school holidays and weather-related closures. Tuition is not prorated for scheduled holidays or unforeseen closures due to inclement weather.

Schedule a Tour
Please Schedule a Tour with us to visit the Academy and receive your registration packet(s). When scheduling your tour, please select one of our locations where your student will attend.
